Big Bear City –
The Big Bear City neighborhood is located in between Baldwin Lake and Big Bear Lake.
It is home to most of our full-time residents, because it is close to the center of town, yet away from most seasonal tourist crowds.
Big Bear City is mostly a flat neighborhood making for easy accessibility in those snowy winter months.
