In my opinion Mark is a “Master”. His knowledge is extreme. He knows all of his properties as well as just about every property on the market in his area as well as adjoining areas. His knowledge of sold property is very extensive giving him a much better picture of the value of properties on the market. I have purchased a home from Mark as well as referred others to him. The referrals were very satisfied with him. I have made offers on other properties with Mark. I do not believe that using Mr. Sobczyk would, in any way, not be in your best interest.
